Your satisfaction is what matters most to us! If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused and unworn items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

We quality check every product we ship out to our customers but if you happen to receive a faulty product, we are happy to offer exchange for the product, just email is at sincerelypawsco@gmail.com. 

SINCERELY PAWS CO. is not responsible for the misuse of our products.

SINCERELY PAWS CO. reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our return policy and are used or worn out. If customers wish to return, they are responsible for sending it back to our address.
